Steven Waugh

Steven Waugh has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Global Division HR Manager at Parker Hannifin since August 2018, with additional roles as Corporate HR Director and Group Human Resources Manager. Prior roles include Human Resources Business Partner at Eastman Chemical Company from July 2013 to July 2018 and Human Resources Manager at Honeywell between June 2012 and July 2013. Previously, Steven held various HR positions at Eastman Chemical Company from January 2006 to June 2012 and worked as an HR Benefits Representative at the University of Tennessee from September 2001 to December 2005. Steven earned an MBA from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2005 and a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Human Resources in 2004.
