Eyad Salem has a wealth of experience in the field of Human Resources. Eyad is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Parker Hospitality. Prior to this, Eyad worked as an HR Business Partner at EmPower HR, where they focused on creating customized HR solutions for clients. Eyad also has experience as a Principal Consultant and Partner at WatchWorks Management Consulting LLC, where they specialized in leader and manager development. Eyad also worked at Aon, where they held various roles including Strategy, Operations, and Technology, HR Project Manager - Operations, and Benefits Advisor. Eyad began their career as a Recruiter at Aerotek Commercial Staffing. Eyad has demonstrated expertise in areas such as performance management, talent assessment, change management, and employee benefits.

From 2006 to 2009, Eyad Salem attended Illinois State University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. During the same period, they also earned a minor in Economics from the same institution.
