Senior Director, Clinical Research Partnering & Outsourcing at Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy

Jamie Arnott, RN, BSN, serves as Senior Director, Clinical Research Partnering and Outsourcing. She is responsible for overseeing the execution of PICI’s complex protocols, managing clinical operations vendors and partnering closely with the clinical development, research operations and translational research teams to ensure efficient and strategic cross-functional oversight of their studies.

Arnott has more than 20 years of experience as a leader in clinical research, both in clinical operations and project management for contract research organizations and a small biotechnology company, primarily focused on oncology and rare disease indications. Most recently, Arnott served as a Senior Project Director at Rho, Inc., where she provided team and project leadership to Phase 2 and 3 U.S. and global clinical study projects.

She received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
