Cade Morgan

Cade Morgan is an accomplished attorney with significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, taxation, and transactional law. Currently serving as an Associate at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP since August 2019, Cade has successfully led the drafting and negotiation of multimillion-dollar service agreements in the life sciences sector and closed substantial merger and acquisition transactions across various industries, including heavy equipment and entertainment. Prior roles include Associate positions at Baker Donelson and Robertson Overbey, where Cade excelled in high-stakes mergers, due diligence, and federal tax advisement. Cade holds a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee College of Law, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Tennessee Technological University.
