Russell Killen

Russell Killen is a Partner specializing in Construction and Land Use at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP since September 1994. Notable representative matters include counseling on the construction agreements for an international automobile manufacturer's North American headquarters and serving as lead counsel for a $150 million manufacturing facility for an international pharmaceutical client.
