Dennis Schneider has had a diverse range of work experience. Dennis started their career as a Research Assistant at Technische Universität München, where they supported research on product service systems and published a paper on preventing product imitation. Dennis then had an internship abroad at LingoStar Language Services. After that, they worked at Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft as a Research Assistant, collaborating on a project with BMW to develop innovative solutions for large scale series production of CFRP parts. Dennis then joined Airbus as a Master Thesis Student, working on FEM simulation of bird strike on different slat designs for the Airbus A320. Following their time at Airbus, Dennis worked at ParkHere GmbH, starting as a Working Student and later becoming the Manager of Sensor Development. In this role, they were responsible for the development and manufacturing of heavy-duty energy harvesting vehicle detection sensors. Currently, Dennis is the Head of Product at ParkHere GmbH, where they provide strategic guidance to an international development team and collaborates with various stakeholders to prioritize development initiatives for the company's core software product, ParkHere OS.
Dennis Schneider completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering and Management at the Technical University of Munich, from 2009 to 2014. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Luft- und Raumfahrt (Aerospace) from 2014 to 2017, also at the Technical University of Munich. In addition to their academic qualifications, Dennis achieved certifications such as Zertifizierter Produktmanager from ProduktManageMentor in July 2022, and PMI-ACP Agile Certified Practitioner from the Project Management Institute in April 2021.
