Laura Rowe

Laura Rowe is a seasoned professional in talent research and analytics, currently serving as Principal at Parkhouse Bell since November 2024, where responsibilities include delivering critical talent intelligence to a global client base. Previously, Laura held the role of Client Services Manager - Insight & Talent Analytics at Armstrong Craven, leading a team in providing diverse talent insights and bespoke solutions. Laura also served as an Insight & Talent Analytics Partner, contributing to global executive research and supporting various talent intelligence projects. Earlier experience includes roles at learndirect Limited as Data & MI Co-ordinator, focusing on apprenticeship data management, and at University Hospitals of South Manchester NHS Foundation Trust as R&D Information Officer, managing project approval information and liaising with pharmaceutical companies. Laura holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Library and Information Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a Bachelor's degree in French and Spanish from The University of Sheffield.
