Frank Bortner

Frank Bortner currently serves as the Regional Supervisor for the northeast region at Children of America, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Frank held various positions in facilities maintenance, including Director of Maintenance at Champion Care, LLC, and Facilities Technician at both Balfour Beatty Investments and Lenape High School. Frank's background includes significant experience at Children of America as a Maintenance Technician from 2018 to 2022, as well as roles as Maintenance Supervisor at Open Door of New Jersey and WESSEX MANAGEMENT LLC. Frank began a plumbing career with Mechanical Specialties in 2008 and earned an education from Camden County College from 2008 to 2012.
