Tim Fetter, CEC, CCA, has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as Project Lead for Culinary Innovations and Standards, Senior General Manager, and Executive Chef at Parkhurst Dining since July 2013, overseeing foodservice operations at Duquesne University. Prior to this role, Tim held positions as General Manager and Executive Chef at Highmark Pittsburgh, as well as Sous Chef at St. Vincent College from 2005 to 2013. Tim began a career in culinary arts at The Duquesne Club as a Sous Chef from 2001 to 2005. Tim holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Culinary Institute of America, obtained between 1999 and 2001.
