Jeff Bader

Jeff Bader has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jeff started as a Cruise Director at Gateway Clipper Fleet in 1989. After that, they worked as a District Manager at CRACKER BARREL from 1993 to 2008, where they oversaw multiple restaurant and retail units across four states. Jeff then became a General Manager at Red Robin Lehigh Valley Restaurant Group from 2009 to 2010, where they successfully turned around a struggling unit.

From there, Jeff worked at Wintzell's Oyster House as the Director of Franchise Operations in 2010, where they managed both company-owned and franchise units. In 2011, they became a District Manager at Wendy's/Arby's Group, Inc., where they oversaw up to 9 units and achieved zero management turnover.

Jeff's experience in the food industry continued at Robert Morris University, first as the Director of Dining from January to August 2013, and then as the Director of Operations at Parkhurst Dining Services from August 2013 to the present. Throughout their career, Jeff has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic planning, and a track record of achieving positive results.

Jeff Bader's education history includes attending Alderson Broaddus University from 1983 to 1984, where they studied business. Prior to that, they attended Bethel Park Senior High School from 1979 to 1983, focusing on business and corporate communications. Jeff also obtained a certification in ServSafe from the National Restaurant Association in January 2014.
