Paul Weinberg

Paul Weinberg is an experienced District Manager with a robust background in the dining services sector, currently managing multi-unit operations at Parkhurst Dining since May 2007. In this role, Paul oversees teams and contracts at higher education locations across three states and has contributed as a senior member of the Culinary Advisory Board, focusing on culinary improvements. Prior to Parkhurst, Paul held district management positions at Bon Appétit Management Company, SAGE Dining Services, Inc., and Marriott Corporation over a span of nearly two decades. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Communication Arts from Allegheny College, earned between 1972 and 1976.
