Rich Rogers

Rich has been with PCI as the COO for Transportation Concepts (TC) over past 20 years and is directly responsible for the oversight of all Fixed Route, Paratransit and Shuttle operations.

With over 40 years of experience in the public transit industry, Rich has been involved in managing all aspects of public transportation service. He started his transit career with an apprenticeship as a bus mechanic, gained experience as a licensed bus operator and progressed over the years to serve in key senior executive level positions in both a public transit agency as well as other private transportation companies.
