Emily Buetow is the current Director of Strategic Initiatives at the Parkinson's Foundation. Prior to this role, Emily held positions such as Support Specialist and National Sexual Assault Hotline Services Manager at RAINN. Emily also served as a Victim Counselor Intern at the Travis County Attorney's Office Family Violence Division. With a background in public policy and social work, Emily has a Master of Science in Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from St. Mary's College of Maryland. Emily has gained experience in various internships and leadership roles at organizations such as the American Academy of HIV Medicine and Citizens Planning & Housing Association.
