In 1982, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from Santo Domingo de Guzman. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from Universidad Espíritu Santo, completing it from 1996 to 2000. In 1999, Jessica attended the University of Roehampton, where they studied Marketing for a brief period.

In 2016, Jessica focused on Social Media Marketing, Social Media Storytelling, and TV and Radio Announcement at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Jessica E. followed this with a Business Communications Certificate from the University of Toronto in 2022, specializing in the field of Business/Corporate Communications.

Continuing their education, Jessica is currently pursuing a Graduate Diploma in Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability from the University of Toronto - University of St. Michael's College, which began in 2022 and will conclude in 2023. Additionally, they are scheduled to earn a Four Seasons of Reconciliation Certificate in Indigenous Relations from the First Nations University of Canada in 2023.

Aside from their formal education, Jessica has obtained two additional certifications.
