Chris Winschel has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They began their career at OVCS Employment Service as the Employment Service Director from June 1991 to September 1999. Simultaneously, they also worked as the Services Director at Ozark Valleys Community Services, Inc from June 1991 to October 1999. Chris then transitioned to Mineral Area Regional Medical Center, where they held various roles including Director of Marketing and Business Development from February 2001 to April 2015, Director of Physician Services from February 2001 to October 2011, and Physician Recruitment from January 2008 to April 2015. Currently, they are the VP of Operations at Parkland Health Center, a position they have held since January 2019.

Chris Winschel attended Southeast Missouri State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Additionally, they pursued further education at William Woods University from 2011 to 2013, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis in healthcare.
