Leticia A. Blea

Leticia A. Blea has extensive work experience in grants, contracts, and research management. Leticia A. worked as the Director of Research Operations & Finance at Parkland Hospital from February 2017 onwards. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Research Grants & Contracts at the same company from September 2013 to February 2017. Leticia also worked as the Director of Grants & Research at Grady Health System from May 2010 to August 2013, where they were responsible for managing budgets, leading fiscal activities, and monitoring government grants and contracts. Leticia A. also holds a Master's in Public Administration, specializing in Public Administration, from Troy University - Global Campus, Japan. Additionally, Leticia has studied Political Science and Spanish at Western Colorado University.
