Shawn Grady

Shawn Grady has a strong background in the healthcare industry with a focus on radiology. Shawn currently holds the position of Director of Radiology Operations at Parkland Health. Prior to that, they worked at RAYUS Radiology where they held various roles including Regional Vice President Operations and Business Development, Vice President Operations and Business Development, and Sr. Director of Operations and Business Development. Before joining RAYUS Radiology, Shawn was the Director of Radiology at Texas Health Resources. Shawn also served as a Radiology Manager at Salem Health and started their career as a CT/MRI Technologist at Northern Inyo Hospital.

Shawn Grady obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Radiologic Technology/Science - Radiographer from Grand Canyon University in 2013. In 2016, they achieved a certification in HRO from Texas Health Resources. Shawn then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Grand Canyon University, completing it in 2018. Additionally, in 2014, they obtained a TeamSTEPPS master trainer certification from TeamSTEPPS.
