Sobha Fuller, DNP, RN, AMB-BC, NEA-BC has a diverse and extensive work experience in healthcare management and nursing leadership. Sobha is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Nursing at Parkland Health, where they oversee various healthcare services such as population health, ambulatory care, and correctional health nursing. Prior to their current role, Sobha held positions as the Ambulatory Chief Nursing Officer at CHRISTUS Health and Chief Nursing Officer at CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic. Sobha has also served as the Director of Nursing in Community Oriented Primary Care (COPC) and Pediatric and Adolescent divisions at Parkland Health & Hospital System. Sobha Fuller, DNP, RN, AMB-BC, NEA-BC has a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in Executive Leadership from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, obtained from 2013 to 2015. Sobha also holds a Master's degree in Nursing Administration from the same institution, achieved from 2010 to 2012. In addition to their academic achievements, Sobha Fuller has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including Nurse Executive Advanced from the American Nurses Credentialing Center in 2015, Ambulatory Care Nurse Certification from the same institution in 2012, and Patient-Centered Medical Home Certified Content Expert from the National Committee for Quality Assurance in 2014. Recently, they completed the Community Building - Executive Formation Program at CHRISTUS Health in 2021.

Parkland Health first opened its doors in 1894 and is now one of the largest public hospital systems in the country. The hospital averages more than 1 million outpatient visits annually. Services include a Level I Trauma Center, the only verified burn center in North Texas and a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The system also includes 20 community-based clinics, including primary care and women's clinics, 12 school-based clinics and numerous outreach and education programs. Parkland is the primary teaching hospital for the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.
