Sonya Haynes

Sonya Haynes is an experienced talent acquisition leader with a strong track record in strategic recruitment and workforce planning across various healthcare organizations. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Leadership Consultant at Parkland Health since March 2021, Sonya held the interim role of Senior Director of Talent Acquisition. Previously, Sonya worked at Conifer Health Solutions as the Director of Talent Acquisition, where responsibilities included overseeing national recruitment programs and collaborating with management on workforce needs. Sonya's experience also includes serving as the Director of National Recruitment for Tenet Healthcare, where leadership was provided for the Western Division's 34 acute care hospitals. Beginning a career as a Nurse Recruiter at UT M. D. Anderson Cancer Center, Sonya has developed comprehensive recruitment strategies and implemented innovative solutions throughout various roles. Sonya Haynes holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Mississippi State University.
