Tiffany M. Montgomery

Tiffany M. Montgomery, PhD, RNC-OB, C-EFM, currently serves as the Manager of Clinical Programs-Labor and Delivery at Parkland Health since June 2023. Prior to this role, Tiffany Montgomery was the Coordinator of Women’s Services at Medical City Las Colinas from October 2022 to June 2023, where management of the state-mandated Maternal Levels of Care program and leadership of the Maternal Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Committee were key responsibilities. From January 2021 to May 2022, Tiffany Montgomery held positions as an Assistant Professor and Adjunct Faculty at Temple University. Academically, Tiffany Montgomery earned a PhD in Nursing from UCLA, a Master of Science in Health Policy Research from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Science in Nursing from California State University-Dominguez Hills, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from San Jose State University, alongside completing a postdoctoral research fellowship at Drexel University.
