Arthur Torres has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Arthur began their career at Roman.net in 1999 as a Tech Support Rep, providing both phone and internal support for desktop computers. In 2000, they joined Universal Tax Systems as a Systems Support Specialist, where they supervised the help desk operations and designed a virtualized lab environment for the product QA department.

In 2006, Arthur transitioned to Unum, where they held multiple roles. As an Infrastructure Engineer II, they led a team in designing and testing business resiliency processes, reducing the full time to recovery each year. Arthur also maintained custom PowerShell scripts for automating disaster recovery processes and worked with application developers to resolve technical incidents.
