Chief Legal & Privacy Officer at ParkMobile

Tony Stewart is ParkMobile’s Chief Legal and Privacy Officer, reporting to CEO Jon Ziglar. Tony serves on ParkMobile’s executive team and oversees the company’s legal affairs, including corporate and regulatory compliance, corporate governance, global security and privacy, intellectual property, labor and employment law, and litigation. Tony joined ParkMobile in 2019 from Hall Booth Smith, P.C., where he represented clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 corporations. His practice primarily focused on data privacy and cybersecurity. In 2019, Tony was named a Fellow of Information Privacy by the International Association of Privacy Professionals – the first private-practice attorney in Georgia to receive the designation. He also received the ACQ5 Global Award for US – Data Privacy & Security Lawyer of the Year in 2019. In addition to data privacy and cybersecurity, Tony’s practice included: intellectual property, commercial transactions, corporate compliance, and litigation. Earlier in his career, Tony was a licensed emergency medical technician (EMT). During law school, he worked as a supervisor at Emory EMS and was appointed for a one-year term as the Chief of Planning & Development. Tony earned his doctor of law from Emory University School of Law and is an active member of the State Bar of Georgia.
