Joel Sweitzer, CPA

Joel Sweitzer, CPA has over 10 years of work experience in various financial roles. Joel is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer of the Forged and Machine Products Group at ParkOhio Holding Corp. Prior to that, they were the Director and Chief Financial Officer of OASIS International at Culligan International.

Before their current positions, Joel worked at Lowe's Companies, Inc. as a Sr. Finance Manager and Finance Manager in the Supply Chain Strategy & Executive Insights department. In these roles, they led the Supply Chain Finance organization, oversaw the preparation of performance packages, and prioritized the market rollout schedule for cross-dock delivery terminals.

Joel also worked at The J.M. Smucker Company as a Sr. Financial Analyst in Integrated Business Planning and Supply Chain Planning, Forecast & Analysis. Their responsibilities included coordinating monthly forecasts, developing the Annual Operating Plan, and creating data visualization and analytics systems to streamline reporting.

In addition, Joel has experience at TimkenSteel Corporation as a Financial Analyst and Associate in the Finance Development Program, where they managed a capital budget, developed reporting dashboards, and implemented financial systems. Joel also interned at The Timken Company as a Financial Planning and Performance Intern.

Joel began their career as a Financial Marketing Intern at Community Resources, Inc. and as an Intellectual Property Intern at Bridgestone, where they analyzed data, tracked pledges, organized events, and identified potential trademark infringements.

Joel also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology from the same institution. In July 2015, they obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Accountancy Board Of Ohio.
