Elizabeth Li is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in recruitment and employee relations. Currently serving as HRBP Manager at Parkson Group since November 2020, Elizabeth oversees organizational optimization, employee relations, talent assessment, and recruitment strategy. Previously, Elizabeth worked as a Recruiting Manager, where responsibilities included sourcing candidates through various channels and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill recruitment needs at Amazon Web Services from February 2018 to April 2020. Beginning a career as a Headhunter at Connectus Group from August 2015 to January 2018, Elizabeth holds two Bachelor's degrees from Chengdu University of Technology, one in International Business/Trade/Commerce and another in English Language and Literature.
