Arjun Mohan

Arjun Mohan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Arjun is currently employed at Parksons Packaging Ltd., where they hold the position of Manager - Operations since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as Deputy Manager - Operations at the same company from August 2021 to May 2023.

Before joining Parksons Packaging Ltd., Arjun worked at ITC Limited from June 2019 to August 2021. During their tenure at ITC Limited, they held the positions of Engineering Lead and Technical Superintendent. As an Engineering Lead, they were responsible for various modules such as Sheet Fed, Product Introduction Process (PIP), and Pre Press. Arjun successfully implemented several improvement actions which resulted in reducing the average NCDT rate and increasing the production capacity of the offset printing machines. Arjun also developed a new team to handle multiple offset printing machines. As a Technical Superintendent, they managed store operations and projects. Arjun actively participated in audits and contributed to reducing inventory value and R&M expenses.

Arjun also has experience working at KONE as a Project Trainee for a brief period from January 2016 to April 2016. Additionally, they interned at Renault Nissan Automotive India Private Limited's HR&GA-Safety Team, where they worked on projects related to Heat Stress Management and Lighting & Ventilation.

Arjun Mohan completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy, from 2012 to 2016. In 2018 to 2019, they pursued a Diploma in Packaging from the Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP), specializing in Packaging Science.

Aside from their formal education, Arjun also obtained several certifications. Arjun obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from KPMG India in May 2023 and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in January 2023. Arjun also earned a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from ASQ - World Headquarters in November 2021.

In terms of additional certifications, Arjun acquired the Business Analytics with Excel certification from Simplilearn in August 2021. Arjun completed a Master In-Demand Professional Soft Skills program on LinkedIn in December 2020, along with a Six Sigma: Green Belt certification. Arjun holds The COSHH Risk Assessor Certification™ from the International Association for Chemical Safety, obtained in May 2020. Furthermore, they obtained the FSSC 22000: 2013 - Food Safety System Certification from FSSC 22000 in February 2017. Arjun also holds a NEBOSH - IGC certification from NEBOSH, acquired in May 2013.
