Amina Moustafa

Amina Moustafa's work experience begins in 2008 as a Friendly Claim Agent at Dr. Hesham Fadly Office, where they communicated with clients and collected data. In 2010, they joined Parkville Pharmaceuticals as an Office Admin, handling inquiries and telephone calls, as well as managing accommodation arrangements. In 2013, they became an HR and Admin Coordinator at the same company, overseeing payroll, medical insurance claims, and new joiners' induction. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as an HR & Admin Specialist at Parkville Pharmaceuticals Egypt, responsible for HR policies, training and development, and social insurance. Currently, they hold the position of Performance Management and Organization Development Section Head at Parkville since 2022.

Amina Moustafa completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from Alexandria University, studying from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications from LinkedIn.
