Katelyn Brown

Katelyn Brown is a seasoned property management professional currently serving as the General Manager of Property Operations at Parkway, overseeing the operations of Century Square since August 2023. Prior to this role, Katelyn served as the General Manager for Midway, managing the prominent Century Square development from January 2017 to August 2023. Katelyn's extensive experience in the field includes various positions at American Campus Communities and The Scion Group, where responsibilities ranged from assistant management to resident services and leasing management. Katelyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Texas A&M University and a Salesperson License in Real Estate from Champions School of Real Estate.
