Marta Vilalta I Torres

Marta Vilalta i Torres has extensive experience in public service and communication, currently serving as a Diputada al Parlament de Catalunya since October 2018. Previously, Marta held the position of Directora General de Joventut at the Generalitat de Catalunya, where responsibilities included overseeing youth policies. Marta also served as a Diputada del Grup d'Esquerra Republicana de Catalunya from November 2012 to September 2015, taking on various spokesperson roles in areas such as youth policy, cooperation, and universities. Marta began a career in journalism at Diari Segre and Ràdio Tàrrega and held press-related positions prior to their political engagements. Educational qualifications include a Màster en Direcció Pública from the Escola d'Administració Pública de Catalunya and Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, as well as a Llicenciatura in Periodisme from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
