Dylan T. Robertson

Dylan joined Parlee McLaws as an associate in 2022 after completing his articles in the Northwest Territories. Dylan maintains a general litigation practice with a focus on insurance litigation and has experience advocating for clients in front of the Territorial and Supreme Courts of the NWT. In addition to his litigation experience, Dylan assists clients with their wills & estates matters, including the preparation of their estate planning and drafting of estate documents. Dylan also has assisted clients with preparing workplace COVID-19 policies and employment agreements.

Prior to attending law school at the University of Alberta, Dylan received a Bachelor of Arts with High Honours in Political Studies from the University of Saskatchewan, along with recognition for his French language studies. Throughout his academic career, Dylan has had the privilege of supplementing his education with experiences in Asia and Europe, including a summer at the Universität Bielefeld Faculty of Law in Germany researching private international law. During law school, Dylan participated in the Hockey Arbitration Competition of Canada, and was an avid volunteer in Law Show.
