David Murray

David Murray has a diverse work experience in the field of policy and advocacy. David is currently serving as the Director of Policy for the Parliament of Canada, specifically for Hon. Pierre Poilievre, the Leader of HM's Loyal Opposition. Prior to this role, they worked as an Account Director for Polling & Federal Advocacy at Counsel Public Affairs Inc. In 2022, they were also the Director of Policy for Pierre Poilievre's campaign for Leader of the Conservative Party of Canada. David's experience with the Parliament of Canada includes roles such as Senior Advisor, Special Advisor, and Research Assistant. Additionally, they served as the National Pollster for the Conservative Party of Canada during the 43rd Canadian General Election. Earlier in their career, David worked in the Information and Analytics role for Andrew Scheer's campaign for Leader of the Conservative Party of Canada and served as a Parliamentary Assistant in the Office of the Honourable Keith Ashfield.

From 2009 to 2014, David Murray attended the University of New Brunswick. David obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics and Political Science during this time.
