Olivia MacKay

Olivia Mackay is a communications professional currently serving as a Communications Assistant to the Shadow Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food at the Parliament of Canada since May 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Style Advisor at Aritzia and an internship in Government and Community Relations at TC Energy, where Olivia engaged in public outreach and stakeholder analysis. Previous positions in the Parliament of Canada include serving as a Member's Assistant and as a House of Commons Page, with responsibilities ranging from assisting MPs to performing ceremonial duties. Olivia has also gained administrative experience in the House of Commons Corporate Security and worked at Pinebrook Golf & Country Club. Education includes a Bachelor of Social Sciences from the University of Ottawa and a study period at Universitat de Barcelona.
