Andria Gvidiani's work experience includes serving as the Head of the Parliamentary Budget Office at the Parliament of Georgia since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Consultant at The Association of Young Financiers and Businessmen starting in 2013. Andria also served as the Editor In Chief of the newspaper "banks and finance" in 2012 and as a Board Member at the state procurement agency - dispute resolution board from 2016 to 2017. Additionally, Andria was the Director of the energy web-site platform, Energynews.ge, from 2015 to 2016. Andria began their career as the student self-administration chief at IB-euro caucasian university from 2009 to 2012.

Andria Gvidiani began their education in 2008 when they attended IB-euro caucasian university. Andria graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management. Later, from 2014 to 2016, they pursued a Master's Degree in Economy at the Georgian technical university. In addition to their formal education, Andria has obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include a certification in Stock exchange trading from the new school in July 2008, a Certificate of attendance for an English language course from EmbassyCes London Southbank in July 2006, and expertise in the Electricity, water, and natural gas market regulation methodology from the Georgian National Energy and Water Supply Regulatory Commission.

Parliament of Georgia

Within the framework of the project, the Advisory Council on Gender Equality was established under the Chair of the Parliament of Georgia, which is the first institutional mechanism in Georgia. Council brings non-governmental and governmental representatives to discuss and issue recommendations on gender issues, to help ensure that women's voices are heard on an equal footing with men in formulating public policy and decision making at the national and local levels. The Council acts as a lobbying unit for gender issues and focuses its activities on the following aspects such as: 1. Discuss and issue recommendations on gender issues; 2. Elaborate proposals and recommendations on National Gender Policy setting out the actions to integrate gender equality in all spheres and sectors of the political, economic and social life of Georgia; 3. Ensure gender mainstreamed legislation and approximation of Georgian Legislation to the European Union Law pertaining gender equality; 4. Within its competence observe the implementation of the international agreements and conventions involving the rights of women and gender equality issues; 5. Co-operate closely with international and local organizations working on gender issues
