Sylvia Bungan Salau

Sylvia Bungan Salau has extensive experience in political and administrative roles, currently serving as Chief of Staff to a Member of Parliament and Special Officer to a Senator at the Parliament of Malaysia since October 2020. Responsibilities include conducting research, preparing briefing notes, and coordinating parliamentary activities. Previously, Sylvia worked as a Special Officer for the Member of Parliament in Tenom, managing parliamentary support. Prior experience includes roles as Rural Outreach Coordinator at IMPIAN MALAYSIA, Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator at SNC-Lavalin, Executive Secretary at Rotana in Abu Dhabi, and Human Resources Manager at TB Timber Industry Sdn Bhd. Sylvia's career began in human resources at Samling Global. Sylvia holds a degree from the University Institute of Technology Mara, Malaysia, obtained between 1994 and 1997.
