James Griffin MP has been serving as the Member for Manly in the Parliament of New South Wales since April 2017, where a commitment to representing the constituents is evident through various roles, including Shadow Minister for Energy, Environment and Climate Change, and Minister for the Environment and Minister for Heritage. In addition to parliamentary duties, James Griffin is a member of the Asia Society Young Global Leaders program since June 2022 and serves on the Board of Directors for SurfAid, a charity focused on improving health and resilience in remote communities through surfing. Prior experience includes a role as Director in the Risk Consulting Practice at KPMG Australia and as an Adjunct Lecturer at The University of Notre Dame Australia. James Griffin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Communications from The University of Notre Dame Australia.
