Darren Bergman

Darren Bergman is a seasoned political figure and consultant with extensive experience in the South African Parliament representing the Democratic Alliance since May 2014. Currently serving as the DA spokesperson on monitoring planning and evaluation and Deputy shadow minister for trade and industry, Darren has also held the role of a Member of Parliament where Darren served as Shadow Deputy Minister for Sports and Recreation. Prior to this, Darren founded Darren Bergman and Associates in October 2010, providing strategic, consumer, and financial consulting services. Additionally, Darren has played significant roles in various organizations, including Treasurer at the SADC Secretariat and the African Liberal Network. Darren's political roots trace back to serving as a Ward Councillor in Johannesburg and holding leadership roles within the Democratic Alliance. Darren holds a Master of Public Administration from MANCOSA.
