Charlotte Yasin

Charlotte Yasin's work experience includes a role as Head of People & Culture at Parloa since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Celonis where they held several positions, including Global Director, Culture and Engagement from October 2021 to January 2023, Interim Lead Performance and Talent Management from June 2022 to September 2022, Team Lead, Culture Manager from July 2019 to October 2021, and Operations and Scaling Manager from October 2018 to July 2019. Before joining Celonis, Charlotte worked at Audi Business Innovation GmbH as a Project Manager / Organizational Change Driver from December 2016 to September 2018 and as Chief of Staff to the CEO from October 2014 to November 2016. Charlotte also had a brief role at Siemens as Siemens Inside e-Car (Communication) from July 2014 to September 2014, and a role at AUDI AG as Product Marketing & Strategy from September 2012 to January 2014.

Charlotte Yasin attended the University of Applied Sciences Hamburg from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Marketing/technical business. Charlotte also obtained additional certifications including "Psychology of Diversity and Unconscious Bias" from Udemy: Online Courses in July 2020, "Unconscious Bias" from LinkedIn Learning 2 in June 2020, and "Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®)" from Scrum Alliance in December 2016.
