Matheo Odubeko

Matheo Odubeko is an accomplished professional in business development and sales, currently serving as Team Lead for Business Development DACH at Parloa since September 2024. Prior experience includes managing the SDR team in the EMEA region at Leapsome, where responsibilities included training team members, performance coaching, and collaboration with sales and demand generation teams. Matheo's earlier roles feature leadership in sales development at Camunda, optimizing SDR enablement, and delivering significant revenue growth, as well as strategic engagement in the DACH and international markets as an Enterprise Business Development Representative. Matheo also gained experience in junior business development roles and marketing internships, complemented by a Master’s degree in Intercultural Business Communication and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Communication from the University of Central Lancashire.
