Shelley Crawford

Director R&d at Parmalat Canada, Inc.

Shelley Crawford has extensive experience in the food industry, with a focus on research and development. Shelley began their career as a Research Scientist at Ault Foods in 1992 and worked there until 1997. Shelley then joined Unifine Richardson Foods as a Senior Product Developer from 1998 to 1999. From 1999 to 2016, Shelley worked at Parmalat as a Research Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of R&D at both Parmalat Canada and Lactalis Canada, starting in 2016.

Shelley Crawford attended the University of Guelph from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science.
