Suzanne Blair has over a decade of experience in customer service and analytics, currently serving as a CRM Analyst and previously as a Sales Coordinator at Parmalat Canada since April 2015. Prior to this role, Suzanne worked at Aimia Inc., where positions included Purchasing Support Specialist and bilingual customer service representative from August 2005 to April 2015. Suzanne holds a Specialized Honours BA in Translation and a Specialized Honours BA in Language Interpretation and Translation, both obtained from Glendon Campus of York University between 2000 and 2004.
