Paul Dempsey

Paul Dempsey is currently the Head of Compliance at HERONBRIDGE INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT LLP. Prior to this, Paul held positions such as Senior Operational Risk Manager at Parmenion and Risk Manager at MAPFRE ASSISTANCE. With a background in Compliance, Risk Assurance, and Financial Education, Paul has a wealth of experience in overseeing and managing risk and financial crime prevention functions. Their previous roles also include working at Rowan Dartington, Bank of Ireland, Teachers Assurance, Financial Conduct Authority, and Ulster Bank. Paul holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Leeds and a CII Level 3 Certificate in Mortgage Advice from the Chartered Insurance Institute.
