Skaiste Paulauskiene

Skaiste Paulauskiene has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Skaiste started their career at INGO Baltic as a Professional/Expert in 2004 and then moved on to RESO Europa as a Sales department Manager in 2005. Skaiste worked at KPMG Baltics as a Senior Audit from 2006 to 2010. From 2010 to 2012, Skaiste was a Senior Accountant at Western Union. Skaiste then joined Paroc in 2012 as a Sr. Financial Analyst, where they played a key role in unifying and improving accounting and reporting practices across the group. Later, they took on the role of Head of Reporting at Paroc, leading a team of up to 10 members and spearheading projects to develop reporting and analytics applications.

Skaiste Paulauskiene obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics/Finance from Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University in the period from 2002 to 2007. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Ownership Economics from Mykolas Romeris University, completing the program from 2007 to 2009.
