Jamela Pangasinan

Jamela is a Patent Analyst at Parola Analytics. She has over six years of experience in academic research at the University of the Philippines. She has worked on the synthesis and characterization of semiconductors, fabrication and testing of solar cells, and mechanical and physical characterization of textiles. She was trained in device photolithography and instrumentation at the National Institute of Physics.

She was a visiting researcher at the University of California Berkeley where she studied Graphene-based gas sensors.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics from the University of the Philippines and is currently taking her master’s in Materials Science and Engineering at the University of the Philippines.
