Rafael Labarca

Civil Industrial Engineer from the University of Chile. Master in Applied Economics from the University of Chile. He has specialized in real estate development and corporate finance, where he has had the opportunity to lead transactions and associations for more than 1 Billion USD. In addition, it has developed projects for regional and neighborhood shopping centers, strip centers, outlets and multi-family in the region. Before Parque Arauco, he worked at Celfin Capital (BTG Pactual Chile) and at Banchile Inversiones (Citibank Chile). He joined Parque Arauco in 2009 as Corporate Project and Business Analyst, in 2013 he became Corporate Business Deputy Manager, in 2017 as Business Manager and in 2019 he became Development Manager of Parque Arauco Internacional.
