Álvaro Sartorius Manzano's work experience includes:

- Head of Business Analytics & Reporting at Parques Reunidos since May 2022.

- Head of People Analytics & Reporting at Parques Reunidos from March 2021 to May 2022.

- Strategy Acting Manager / Change Management Lead at Avanade (Microsoft & Accenture) from January 2018 to March 2021. Responsibilities included strategic consulting projects, particularly in the Energy, Industry, and Banking sectors, as well as expertise in Change Management projects.

- Strategy and Management Consultant at Minsait (Indra Business Consulting / Europraxis) from January 2017 to January 2018, focusing on projects in the Energy and Telecommunications fields. Involved in strategic planning and the development of Continuous Improvement Plans.

- Industrial Engineer in the Modules Department at Técnicas Reunidas Initec from August 2014 to March 2016. Responsible for project engineering and module implementation for industrial sites, refineries, and petrochemical facilities.

Álvaro Sartorius Manzano has a diverse education history. Álvaro started their educational journey at Colegio Nuestra Señora del Pilar from 1996 to 2008. Álvaro then went on to pursue an MSc. Bilingual Industrial Engineer (English) degree in Mechanics of Machines and Structures at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid from 2008 to 2014. During their studies, they also had the opportunity to participate in an Erasmus program at The Silesian University of Technology, where they studied Civil Engineering from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they further expanded their knowledge by obtaining a degree in Law from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D. In addition, they pursued a degree in Business Management from the same university starting in 2017. To enhance their business skills, they completed an MBA program called ThepowerMBA Program offered by thePower during 2019 and 2020. Álvaro has also obtained various certifications, such as a Certificate in Advanced English from the University of Cambridge, a DELF B1 certificate from Institut français, a TOEFL 106 score from The TOEFL® test, and a Young Entrepreneurs certificate from ESIC Business & Marketing School. Additionally, in 2014, they attended courses in Leadership and Team Management and Financial Mathematics at Escuela de Empresa.
