Erin Janklow

Erin Janklow serves as the Entrepreneur in Residence for Elevar at the Eagle Valley Community Foundation, focusing on inclusive and equitable leadership for BIPOC leaders in the Vail Valley. In addition, Erin is a Strategic Advisor and Pitch Master at Parrots AI, where responsibilities include speaking engagements across eight countries to advance medical assistive technologies. Erin's consulting practice specializes in impact and strategy within startup ecosystems, further enhanced by experience as the Founder and CEO of Entrada: Employer Sponsored Learning, which addresses communication challenges in the service industry. Previous notable positions include Supermajority Majority Leader for the Inaugural Cohort, Social Impact Fellow at Halcyon, and various roles at TripAdvisor, where product management and marketing initiatives received global recognition. Erin holds an MBA in Global Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship from Babson College and a BA from Northwestern University.
