About the Job

The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) is responsible for the overall success of one or more product lines within Parry Labs’ Embedded Hardware Product Portfolio. This role will oversee products from inception through development to full production with the primary objective of maximizing return on investment (ROI). The PMM is the overall technical and product subject matter expert in support of Marketing and Sales, responsible for defining and maintaining the Product Roadmaps for the portfolio.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for pre-existing and new products including business case formulation that track ROI, price/cost, profit margins, forecasts, and design wins. Ensure a unique and differentiated value proposition through competitive market and industry research.
  • Provide direction in kicking off and guiding Engineering on product development requirements. Drive adherence to product specifications and product/project development milestones including Time to Market (TTM).
  • Work closely with Parry Marketing Communications to develop positioning, value propositions and competitive research that will address target market needs and challenges.
  • Maintain and communicate regular product line bulletins and schedules to customers, prospects, and Sales.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of the current and future technology trends and needs of the product portfolio by working closely with the relevant CTOs and Engineering.
  • Work with Manufacturing, Engineering Services, Quality and other Operations groups to ensure the product performs and operates as per the specification and customer expectations.
  • Support Sales and Business Development with product line training.
  • Drive third-party collaborative product development, and support cooperative marketing/sales and business capture activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in high-tech product management or product marketing with relevant Hardware/Software Engineering Degree, Business Degree or equivalent years of experience.

  • Detailed knowledge of High-Performance Embedded Computing technologies including general purpose processors, FPGAs, GPGPUs, and high-speed data acquisition in the defense/aerospace and ground mobile industries. Direct or indirect experience with RF/Microwave, EW, and SDR technologies

  • Insights into relevant industry standards including Small Form Factor (SFF) and VPX/SOSA/CMOSS standards. Insights into relevant software including Linux, RTOS, and MOSA framework such as FACE and OMS.

  • Entrepreneurial and innovative spirit and sense of urgency, and a highly motivated self-starter.

  • Strong understanding of product, market & marketing strategy development.

  • US Citizen and ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
