Amin Shams

Amin Shams is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Manager at Pars Pendar Nahad Holding since April 2020, where responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the business objectives and providing comprehensive HR consultancy on employee relations. Prior to this role, Amin Shams gained valuable experience as an HR Assistant at Pune University from March 2009 to April 2020 and as Managing Director at TOA Co., Ltd, a private import and export company in Iran, from April 2009 to December 2015.
