Marc Johnston has extensive work experience in the customer success field. Marc is currently serving as a Principal Customer Success Manager at Parsable since March 2023. Previously, they worked at Skedulo as a Principal Customer Success Manager from February 2021 to March 2023, and before that, as a Senior Customer Success Manager from January 2020 to February 2021.

Marc began their career as an intern in Policy and Research at Shaw Trust, where they worked on prisoner reform policies and assisted in preparing bids for government contracts. This internship took place from June 2013 to September 2013.
Marc Johnston completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The University of Sheffield, during the period from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Alleyn's School from 2003 to 2010, where they pursued A Levels in Economics, Philosophy, Design & Technology. Marc also obtained a certification in Connected Worker® Professional Certification Examination from Parsable in April 2023.
