James Wheelwright

James Wheelwright has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. James currently works as an Order Services Specialist at Parse Biosciences, a position they started in September 2022. Prior to this, James worked at GenScript as a Senior Warehouse Specialist from April 2022 to September 2022, and as an Office Assistant from March 2021 to April 2022.

Before joining GenScript, James worked as an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist at IUOE Local 302 from October 2020 to March 2021. James also gained valuable experience as an Events Administrative Assistant at Hyatt Regency Seattle from November 2018 to May 2020.

James has a passion for animals and has contributed to the welfare of animals through their roles at Emerald City Pet Rescue as an Administrative Coordinator/Kennel Staff from April 2016 to August 2018, and at Downtown Dog Lounge as a Welcome Desk/Wrangler in early 2016. In addition, they have also worked as a Cashier at PetSmart from June 2014 to October 2014, and as a Pet Care Specialist at PetSmart from April 2013 to August 2013.

Earlier in their career, James served as a Research Assistant at Simon Fraser University from January 2015 to August 2015. Overall, James brings a diverse set of skills and experiences to their current role and has a strong background in administrative, customer service, and animal care roles.

James Wheelwright attended Simon Fraser University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences with a concentration in Ecology, Evolution, and Conservation.
