Lisa Owen

Lisa Owen has a diverse work experience spanning from 1997 to 2022. Lisa currently holds the position of Senior Director of Marketing at Parse Biosciences since March 2022. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2022, they worked at PierianDx, initially as a Marketing Director and later as a Senior Marketing Director. Lisa's experience also includes roles at University of Washington as a University Lecturer from 1999 to 2014, DNAnexus as a Senior Product Marketing Manager from 2019 to 2020, and Illumina (formerly GenoLogics) as a Senior Marketing Programs Manager from 2014 to 2020. Additionally, they worked at Point B as a Marketing Communications professional and later as an Operations Manager from 2010 to 2011, City University of Seattle as a Faculty member from 2009 to 2010. Lisa also had significant roles at Rosetta Biosoftware as a Corporate Communications Manager and Technical Publications Manager from 2006 to 2009, Rosetta Inpharmatics as a Senior Technical Writer from 1999 to 2000, and Interlinq Software (now Harland Financial) as a Documentation Manager from 1997 to 1999.

Lisa Owen attended Central Washington University from 1986 to 1991 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantitative Methods in Business and Economics. Lisa also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Japanese from the same university during the same period. In 1989 and 1990, they attended Shimane University to further their studies in Japanese. Later, from 1991 to 1993, Lisa pursued a Master of Science degree in Technical Japanese Translation from the University of Washington.
